  1. I never realised watercolour could be so cool!!
I have just read issue 10 from cover to cover and it has been a revelation.  I love watercolour but it seems its only ever used for landscapes or flowers.  This magazine has shown me that it is so much more.  Andrew Kish is an amazing painter, his pictures are technically perfect with a dark underbelly which gives a slightly uncomfortable feeling but you can't look away.  The portraits of Atanur Dogan are so unique and different.  The colours shout out at you and the size of the portrait of Ataturk is huge, not easy to do in watercolour.  The chinese artists have obviously taken watercolour to their hearts and are producing some fantastic pieces.  I cannot fault the magazine and am so glad that I have found it.  It is truly inspiring.
